Head of M&A at Grupo Salta, the largest private basic education group in Brazil, until the end of 2022, where he led the group's growth strategy since its creation in 2013. Rafael has over 16 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, real estate, and private equity, having worked at both national and international companies such as Gera Capital, Grupo Abril, and Banco Votorantim. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Insper.
